Ecuador hot springs and markets tours
On this tour you will experience the highlands of Ecuador visiting the unique and colorful Otavalo Indian Market, the beautiful Cuicocha crater lake and the peaceful and relaxing Papallacta Hot Springs.
Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Quito and transfer to Hotel Café Cultura.
Day 2
In the morning, we will travel north from Quito to the real Equator line where you will get the opportunity to be in two hemispheres at the same time. Continue on to Hacienda Pinsaquí for lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the Cotacachi leather market and Cuicocha Crater Lake. Return to Hacienda Pinsaquí for dinner and overnight.
Day 3
After an early breakfast we will visit the animal market, the colorful handicraft market and the food market at Otavalo. After our lunch in the Puerto Lago restaurant we will continue our trip on to the Papallacta Hot Springs through the well conserved Cayambe Coca Ecological Reserve. Dinner and overnight at Termas de Papallacta.
Day 4
After breakfast we will have the opportunity to walk around the area, enjoying the beautiful landscape and wildlife of the Tundra or Paramo. Lunch and return to Quito. Overnight in Hotel Café Cultura.
Day 5
After an unforgettable expedition in Ecuador, filled with culture and nature we are transferred to the airport to catch our flight.
