This is one of our most complete tours traveling along the Avenue of Volcanoes. We will visit Cotopaxi Volcano, the highest active volcano in the world (5,897 mts, 19,342.16 ft), the amazing Quilotoa Crater Lake and the indigenous markets such as Zumbahua, Saquisilí and Pujilí depending on the day of your visit.

Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Quito and transfer to Hotel Café Cultura.

Day 2
After breakfast we will travel along the Avenue of Volcanoes visiting the Pita Canyon. Lunch in a typical Hacienda of the Ecuadorian Highlands. In the afternoon enjoy a unique horse riding expedition using the traditional clothing of the cowboys of the Andes. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Depending on the day of your tour we will visit one of the indigenous markets of the area, where you will see the local people trading their products. Box lunch en route and in the afternoon we will visit the amazing Quilotoa Crater Lake. Dinner and overnight in Hacienda Hato Verde.

Day 4
After breakfast we will visit the Cotopaxi National Park. We will walk to the south slope of this volcano where we can find one of the best views of Cotopaxi. After lunch we will drive back to Quito. On weekends you will have the chance to come back to Quito by train. Dinner and overnight in Hotel Café Cultura.

Day 5
After an unforgettable expedition in Ecuador, filled with culture and nature we are transferred to the airport to catch our flight.
